With training rooted in Tantric Hatha Yoga- Sri Vidiya lineage and with other supporting practices, Natasha enjoys guiding people inwards, whilst recognizing the powerful physical advantages of yoga.
She thrives in retreat settings loving the transformative effects of practice and the joy they bring.
